Nothing Could be Finer...

...Than to have Spring Break in South Carolina.

This past week was Chad's spring break and so we packed up and headed down to Charleston to spend a few days with Emily's cousin Jessica and her husband Daryl. We had loads of fun visiting places like Angel Oak and Fort Sumter (now we've officially visited both where the Civil War or War Between the States began and ended). We also spent some time at the beach and even got to play a quick round of frisbee golf. So, since most of you are just interested in the pictures we'll say this is enough of an introduction. Enjoy!

This is Lincoln's "Infant Travel Bed" or sleeping box.

The view of Charleston Harbor.

Daryl tried to teach Lincoln how to be a concert pianist.
One lesson down, many more to go.

Lincoln's favorite part of the trip; Fort Sumter.

Lincoln also liked the beach and has now been from
sea to shining sea in less than 6 months of life.

Gotta have some sunglasses while Mom
and Dad are playing disc golf.

Yes there are Alligators in South Carolina,
but we didn't actually see any.

Looks like a great week! I spent some time last summer sight seeing in Charleston. I went to Fort Sumpter and also some of the plantations. So neat!
