This week has been a bit of a down week as far as weather goes. It rained pretty much every day. However, we were still able to spend some time in Geneva one day after Chad's work and go to the Salvation Army where Chad bought more books (good thing we brought an extra suitcase because Chad is amassing quite the library of French literature). Emily has made friends with a nice girl from the U of U that is doing an internship at the UN and they have plans to spend more time hanging out and seeing things together. Emily is also going to be able to start learning more French since she will have unfettered internet access from home.
Yesterday was the day of service at the Church. Chad tried to donate blood, but due to concerns about West Nile he can't donate in France until he's been here a month. Emily helped cut out heart pillows for cancer patients and knit little beanies for babies in the hospital. After that we moved to our new apartment, which we like a lot although we already miss the view we had in our last place.
As the title of this post suggests, this post is really all about Lincoln. He has been having a great time in France. He is getting so big. He crawls, pulls himself up, smiles a ton, jabbers nearly constantly, and melts the hearts of countless Frenchies no matter where he goes. So, here are some photos of the cutest little Ex-Pat on the continent.

When he's good, Lincoln gets to take Dad's place when Dad goes to work. |
