A bunch of giraffes in our house

Yesterday after dinner Chad put on his giraffe slippers for the first time this fall. Lincoln was amazed that these stuffed giraffes moved. He followed Chad around the house. It was really funny :)  Then we decided Lincoln should wear his giraffe costume from last year so he could fit in more. 

Chad then decided it was a good time to teach Lincoln how to play soccer. He can dribble the ball pretty well. There's nothing cuter than a little boy halfway in a giraffe costume waddling after a little soccer ball!

Then this morning Lincoln dumped out all his toys and played with them for a bit. He was in one-year-old heaven! It was a relief that he woke up so happy, because this past week he's had a cold and been not as playful.  I think he's on the mend!  An answer to many prayers.
