Visit from Mom and Dad

A few weeks ago, before Chad started school, Chad's parents came to visit us! It was so fun to spend a few days with them. Lincoln decided to show off his nice clothes that Aunt Eileen gave him. He is so cute in them!

We took them to Dame's Chicken and Waffles so they could experience that delicious Durham original. Lincoln had a great time drinking from the big cup.

Mom and Dad then drove to Pennsylvania to visit Kevin and Ruth. We followed them up there a couple days later. We stopped by the DC Temple on the way there. It is so beautiful! I love the gold spires.

We did a little bit of shopping in Pennsylvania. I must say that Lincoln sure knows how to shop! His Daddy is so proud!

Lincoln was in love with this car. He walked all over the house with it. So cute!

 There were some wrestling matches going on. Let's just say that Chad has trained Lincoln to be the future heavy weight champion.

For Kyle's birthday the boys came over and got to play on a huge slip-n-slide. Lincoln even got in on the action.

We ended our fun at Pennsylvania at the pool. Lincoln knows how to lounge.

It was so nice to spend time with family before Chad started school. We LOVED Kevin and Ruth's new home and had a great time spending Kyle's birthday with him (even though Kyle almost schooled Chad in chess). It was a great week :)
